Winnow operates on a global basis with offices in London, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai and the US.Philip has a background in sustainability and clean technology, with over 15 years’ experience in various commercial and management roles. Prior to Winnow, he worked at a cleantech-focused venture capital fund and spent seven years at the global clean energy research firm, New Energy Finance, which was sold to Bloomberg in 2010.
