Sukru Dincer has been working for Unilever since 1998. Over the 20 years of Unilever service, worked in many roles in Icecream, Foods and Home&Personal Care Categories – both in global/regional and local roles. Worked 7 years abroad, ca 4 years in the Netherlands 2002-2006 in Foodsolutions and 2 years in Singapore in Unilever Global Market Executive Board. His recent senior posts include Regional VP Foods NAMETRUB (North Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus), VP Foods&Refreshment Turkey, VP Home&Personal Care Turkey. Working as Global VP Marketing of Foodsolutions out of Rotterdam since October 2017 and double-hatting Foodsolutions Operations in Nordics, Turkey, Middle East, Russia, Israel.

Sukru Dincer has been involved with the #FairKitchens movement since its launch by Unilever Food Solutions in mid 2018. He is hugely passionate about its transformative potential for foodservice, and is excited to call on attendees of GRIF to join in the movement and help deliver a brighter future for all working in this industry.

Sukru Dincer attended German High School, is an Honour graduate from Bosphorus University Mechanical Engineering and holds MBA degree from Koc University. He is married to Seda and proud father of Demir since 2005.
