Based out of Dubai, Mingora has 3 business lines spread across MENA region:
1. Market Intelligence and Big Data - Mingora is creating real resources in MENA for data-based decision making. Currently run weekly QSR and casual dining sales tracking and benchmarking report in the GCC.
2. Strategy and Marketing Advisory - Sales growth, market entry, brand turnaround in restaurant space.
3. Franchising - Brand acquisitions, connecting Tier 1 US brands to leading retailers in MENA
Mingora is GCC partner of the NPD Group - one of world's largest providers of QSR knowledge - on SalesTrack. SalesTrack provides Weekly Sales Reports based on Actual Data from Leading QSR and Casual Dining Brands in regions such as North America, Europe, Russia and now GCC.
Mingora is also a franchising partner of Bianca Mano Corp - A US based Restaurant Consultancy with access to top tier North American brands.
Prior to Mingora, Ali led Marketing for Yum! Brands’ portfolio of star brands like KFC, Pizza Hut and Long John Silver’s in US and MENA regions. Prior to Yum! he has been a brand leader in renowned multinationals such as Unilever and Shell.
