Jon Yantin

Chief Executive Officer, Stake Concepts

Jon is a senior hospitality professional with significant board level experience at strategic and operational levels combining over 25 years of hospitality experience across the wider sectors of Hotels, bars , restaurants and casinos. Most recently as founding partner of The ONE Group EMEA, Jon was instrumental in securing and developing the company’s flagship FnB at ME Hotel London and The Hippodrome Casino combining annual operating revenues of circa £30 million. Jon was also instrumental in securing the companies first ever territory licenses in Ibiza and Dubai.

Having worked in corporate, entrepreneurial and NASDAQ listed organisations, Jon brings a wealth of sector experience, specialising in business planning, fundraising, site selection, conceptualisation, licensing, operations, development and launch alongside strong commercial acumen & in-depth operational understanding.

Jon has extensive recent experience working as a strategic consultant and Non Executive Director with listed and private equity backed leisure businesses spanning both national and London centric estates successfully supporting executive management teams in realising their corporate ambitions.

Currently Jon operates Stake Concepts, a boutique advisory firm specialising in FnB and currently advising a range of developers and operators across the UK and Europe on their FnB strategies as well as advising an investment fund on their acquisition strategy into restaurant brands.
