Project Manager, The Culinary Edge

Jenna is a thought leader, hospitality industry veteran and food enthusiast. In her 15 years in

the industry, she has lived and worked around the world managing restaurants and resorts,

and fostering her love for food and the experiences that surround it. Today, Jenna lives in San

Francisco where she works for The Culinary Edge, an innovation agency that specializes in

providing holistic and profitable food and beverage solutions for national and global brands.

In her current role, she oversees product strategy and development for hospitality companies

and CPG brands. In her time at The Culinary Edge she has played an integral role managing

cross-functional teams to create and launch new restaurant brands, both locally and

internationally.

Prior to her work at The Culinary Edge, she oversaw all property operations at Tswalu

Kalahari, a luxury resort at South Africa’s largest privately owned game reserve. Following this

experience, she spearheaded the development of a profitable, full-service catering program

at Oenotri, a locally renowned restaurant in Napa, California. Her diverse experience in a

range of roles at small and large scale restaurants has bolstered a deeper knowledge and

empathy for owners, employees and guests.

Europe. Her craving for new culinary experiences drives her continued exploration of food,
