With a background in Asset Management, Management Consulting and Entrepreneurship, I have Founded Kitchen Confidential in 2013, in Beirut Lebanon, after experiencing major health improvements when I started avoiding Gluten, Dairy, and Sugar in my food and eating mostly Organic, unprocessed products.  

Being a foodie I was shocked when I found out that I had no or little choices eating out or ordering in.  That’s how I came out with the idea of Kitchen Confidential where, with the help of my Mother, a passionate healthy food chef and my brother an endocrinologist and Functional Medicine doctor, we have successfully transformed comfort food and drinks even the unhealthy ones into their allergen friendly and healthy tasty version, and created a lifestyle food concept out of it.
