Frances is highly experienced in strategic brand development, providing inspirational creative solutions, with commercial expertise and rationale, across multiple platforms and territories.
As Group Director, Brand Strategy for Endemol Shine Group, Frances is responsible for managing the Group’s extensive portfolio of brands including global hits such as MasterChef. Peaky Blinders and Big Brother. In addition, Frances spearheads the brand strategy and co-ordination of new emerging formats such as All Together Now and Family Food Fight
Previous roles within the company include Global Head of Brands and Licensing, Director Brand Development, Director of Creative & Franchise Management and Creative Director for the company’s commercial division.
Frances joined Shine Group in 2012 from BBC Worldwide Consumer Products where as Creative Director, she was responsible for entertainment, family and kids brands including Doctor Who, Top Gear, Lonely Planet, In the Night Garden and Charlie & Lola.
