Daniel is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with over 10 years of experience within hospitality and retail catering. As a co-founder of MMU (Mastering Multi-Units) Daniel brings strong operational experience and know-how to the team, having had considerable international experience working with global brands such as Starbucks, Burger King, Caviar House & Prunier.  

In addition, Daniel supports organisations to move away from traditional paper and classroom-based development methods to online blended solutions; using technology as the enabler for learning. This allows individuals to realise their potential to deliver increased business performance, thus helping organisations realise return on investment.
