Having designed and operated over 1,000 restaurants worldwide, Bob Puccini translates client goals into award-winning concepts through strategic planning and market analysis. While leading the direction for his multidisciplinary hospitality firm, Bob also belongs to both the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC). He has served on the Board of Directors of the California Restaurant Association and the Board of Advisors for the University of San Francisco’s Hospitality Management program, offering his unique perspective on hospitality. Prior to Puccini Group’s establishment in 1996, Bob served as Partner and Senior Vice President for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants for 10 years, a span which saw his project portfolio grow from 4 to 35 restaurants throughout the United States. Both at Kimpton, and throughout his career, Bob has had the opportunity to foster relationships by speaking at international conventions from Berlin to Dubai, gaining recognition as a global industry expert.
