Anastasia Hofmann

Co-founder, KITRO

Through various work experiences in Malta, Miami Beach, Lausanne and Zurich, Anastasia developed strong fascination for the hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelor of international hospitality management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and is very interested in the development and implementation of sustainable practices within this dynamic industry.

This led her to co-found a start-up called KITRO, which focuses on food waste management. Combining her personal interest for the environment with an industry she is passionate about has been a very fulfilling learning experience.
