Ziad Kamel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rosy Hospitality, a Dubai-based restaurant group known for creating guest-centric dining experiences. With over 20 years in hospitality, Ziad has launched and led acclaimed concepts including CQ French Brasserie, Girl & the Goose, and Butter by the Dozen. His career began in Beirut, where he co-founded the celebrated Couqley brand before expanding to the UAE in 2014. Today, he focuses on building restaurants that blend soulful service, noble food, and beautiful design, while driving sustainable growth and long-term value.
Ziad began his professional journey in 2003 and hasn't looked back since. From 2006, he built ventures across Beirut's F&B and fashion retail scenes, before relocating to Dubai with his family in 2014 for a fresh start. Around that time, Rawon joined him, bringing deep expertise in marketing, customer experience, and F&B. Together, they founded Rosy Hospitality, Ziad as CEO and Co-Founder, Rowan as Chief Brand Officer and Co-Founder.
Rosy Hospitality now owns CQ French Brasserie, with branches in JLT, Barsha Heights, and Time Out Market; Girl and the Goose, a Central American restaurant at the Anantara Hotel in Downtown Dubai; and Butter by the Dozen, Dubai's leading online artisanal cookie brand. Their impact has earned them a spot on Caterer Middle East's Power List, a 43rd-place ranking for Girl and the Goose on World's 50 Best, and multiple Best Restaurant wins across the What's On Awards, Time Out Awards, and Deliveroo Awards
