Thomas Douzis is the founder and CEO of ERGON Foods Group, an FnB-led Mediterranean hospitality company.
What began as a Greek deli in Thessaloniki now spans food led hotels, food halls, bakeries and restaurants across Greece, the UK, Cyprus, the Middle East and soon in the US. He builds city by city and believes food should lead the room.
He lives between Athens and Thessaloniki.
