Chef Arwa Lootah is an Emirati chef, artist, and culinary innovator who explores the
evolving identity of Emirati cuisine through a modern and multidisciplinary lens.

Known for her bold interpretations and refined storytelling, Arwa creates menus
and dishes that fuse traditional Emirati ingredients with global techniques, always
rooted in cultural authenticity. Her work has been featured across national
platforms, including the World Government Summit, ICOM and Beijing

International Book Fair, where she developed original recipes tailored to large-scale,

high-impact events.
