THRIVE
Three days of market insight, investment discussion, founder-led exchange and hospitality experiences across Dubai.

Omar Saideh is the Founder of Orange Holding (OH), a Dubai-born hospitality group built around a simple philosophy: growth should be deliberate, relevant and driven by excellence rather than scale.

Since launching Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai in 2016, followed by Alici, MayaBay Dubai and Josette, Omar has built a highly curated portfolio of established hospitality concepts. Rather than pursuing expansion for the sake of numbers, the priority has been to continuously strengthen each business, refining its identity, operations, design, team and guest experience to ensure every concept remains relevant and performs at the highest level.

Over nearly a decade, this measured approach has shaped both the culture and expertise of OH. Omar and his team have been involved in every stage of bringing restaurants to life: from early concept development and commercial positioning to kitchen planning, design development, sourcing, fit-out, pre-opening and day-to-day operations.

It has created a depth of knowledge that goes far beyond restaurant management. OH understands hospitality from the inside out, not only how a concept should look and feel, but how it needs to function, perform and evolve.

Today, with over a decade of operating experience and a team that has grown alongside the business, OH has the foundation to enter its next chapter.

With its newly launched consulting and management division, the group is opening its accumulated knowledge to owners, developers and hospitality partners seeking access to OH's experience in creating, positioning, launching and operating successful concepts. The approach remains selective: OH works with projects where its expertise, values and point of view can create genuine impact.

In parallel, Orange Design Studio represents a natural extension of the group's experience in developing its own restaurants. Combining creative direction and design development with an operator's understanding of kitchens, workflows, technical requirements, sourcing, feasibility and commercial performance, the studio bridges a gap that often exists between how a hospitality space is imagined and how it actually needs to operate.

This ability to look at a project simultaneously through the eyes of an owner, operator and designer allows OH to create concepts that are not only distinctive and elegant, but operationally intelligent, commercially relevant and built to perform.

Omar continues to lead the strategic and creative direction of OH with the same philosophy that has shaped the group since 2016: remain selective, keep refining, protect what makes each concept special, and grow only when the opportunity is the right fit.

For OH, the next chapter is therefore not about becoming bigger. It is about taking over a decade of accumulated experience and applying it, thoughtfully and selectively, to what comes next.
