I have done what most advisors only model. As lead investor and co-founder of Tortilla Mexican Grills in its early days, I helped shape the brand's launch and growth, and I remain an investor to this day. I then founded Taqado Mexican Kitchen in the UAE and grew it into a beloved homegrown brand, which led to the Abfab family of brands, Circle Café, Sushi Counter, Nutri-Bowl, Earth Kitchen and more, before the group was acquired in 2021.

 

In 2022 I co-founded Fab Food Co., launching and managing innovative licensed concepts across the UAE. Now, as co-founder of Project People, I help leaders across the GCC food industry grow, turn around, raise and exit, with advice from operators who have actually done it, not frameworks from the sidelines.

 

What sets us apart is the network: we connect clients to the right industry expert almost immediately, so they reach better answers faster than any traditional consultancy. I am also an active investor and advisor to startups in the food industry, and Entrepreneur Mentor in Residence at London Business School, where I earned my MBA.
