Milos Zekovic
Senior Director of Operations, Lifestyle Dining, Sunset Hospitality
Milos Zekovic is the Senior Director of Operations – Lifestyle Dining at Sunset Hospitality Group, where he leads the operational strategy and performance for a portfolio of globally recognized restaurant brands, including SUSHISAMBA Dubai, Mott 32, L’Amo Bistro del Mare, Signor Sassi, ATTIKO, and the recently launched HANU and SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi.
Based in Dubai, Milos plays a key role in elevating guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple high-performing destinations.
Originally from Pancevo, Serbia, Milos holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Hospitality Management.
His career began with Hyatt Regency Belgrade, later taking him to Dubai in 2007, where he quickly rose through operational leadership roles at Le Meridien, Grand Millennium, and iconic nightlife concepts like Cavalli Club.
A turning point in his career came in 2010 with the opening of At.mosphere in Burj Khalifa, where he was mentored by senior leadership and honed his skills in premium dining operations. He later joined the pre-opening team of Hakkasan Dubai and went on to serve as General Manager of Hakkasan Doha, earning regional accolades including Best Chinese Restaurant in the GCC and multiple “Restaurant of the Year” titles.
From 2017 onwards, Milos held regional leadership positions overseeing Hakkasan’s Middle East portfolio, including major openings in Saudi Arabia, Istanbul, and Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. His tenure has been marked by award-winning operations, including Michelin stars for Hakkasan Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and inclusion in the MENA’s 50 Best and Gault&Millau guides. He was also named one of the Top 50 F&B Leaders in the MENA Region in both 2022 and 2023.
Before joining SHG, Milos served as Senior Director of Operations for Tao Group Hospitality in the Middle East and Türkiye, overseeing eight venues across four countries.
Today, at Sunset Hospitality Group, Milos brings over 20 years of experience in luxury dining, pre-openings, and operational leadership. He is focused on strengthening SHG’s Lifestyle Dining division as the group continues to expand its global footprint and redefine excellence in hospitality.
