Flo Graham-Dixon is the founder of Juniper Strategy. With over a decade of experience advising the sector, she has worked with operators including Burger King, Pizza Pilgrims, and The Maine, as well as private equity clients, developers and districts.

She was personally involved in bringing Alserkal Avenue to life and co-authored Destination Food, Klépierre’s manifesto for creating successful F&B hubs across its 70 European malls. Her work focuses on commercial and vendor due diligence, expansion and market entry strategy, and placemaking and asset mix strategy for commercial developments.
