Fay fell into hospitality almost by accident, after initially working in the corporate world of finance. She has been based in Dubai since 2005 and co-founded M Management Company in 2014, a hospitality F&B firm in Dubai with her brother Alex. The company launched with their homegrown brands Mythos Kouzina and Grill and Nola Eatery and Social House. Mythos redefined Greek cuisine in the Emirates and both concepts together shaped Jumeirah Lake Towers as a notable F&B destination in the city.
In 2020 they launched Kilikio by Mythos in Depachika Food Hall at Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah and in 2023 the brands Mythos and Nola expanded by opening in C2, City Walk.
Fay’s career spans over 25 years with a background in banking, private equity and transaction services before entering the hospitality industry in 2005. As a restaurant she found her passion, rolling up her sleeves side by side with her brother and their highly valued team, to deliver restaurants with soul, character and authenticity and build brands whose consistency have withstood the test of time.
