Sarah-Jane Grant
Director & Board member, EcoAir Group
Sarah-Jane Grant has spent her entire career in hospitality, food and beverage and the wider customer experience sector, building a unique perspective that spans operations, retail, design and now manufacturing.
Her career began in hospitality operations before moving into the development and launch of Virgin Wines, followed by roles across airport retail and retail catering. This gave her an early grounding in the commercial realities of F&B, understanding customers, operations, revenue, service delivery and the importance of getting every part of the experience right.
She later moved into design, joining LXA and spending more than a decade working across the Middle East hospitality market. During this time, Sarah-Jane worked closely with hotel operators, developers, restaurateurs and F&B brands, helping to create and deliver restaurants, bars, hotels and hospitality destinations across the region.
Today, Sarah-Jane is Director and a Board member at EcoAir Group, where she brings that lifetime of hospitality experience into manufacturing. Her focus is particularly on the F&B, hospitality and commercial kitchen sectors, working with operators, consultants, designers, developers and contractors to ensure that the technical infrastructure behind a successful hospitality operation performs just as well as the customer-facing experience.
At EcoAir, Sarah-Jane is focused on bridging the gap between design, operations and engineering. From kitchen ventilation, ecology and air treatment through to HVAC and airside solutions, she works closely with project teams to develop practical, technically strong solutions that support both operational performance and design intent.
Having worked on hospitality projects from the operator, retailer, designer and now manufacturer perspective, Sarah-Jane has a rare understanding of the full F&B project lifecycle. She is passionate about making technical decisions simpler, improving collaboration between disciplines and ensuring that critical building services enhance, rather than compromise, the final hospitality experience.
Based in Dubai, she continues to work across the GCC, building relationships and partnerships across the hospitality, F&B, design, development and construction sectors.
