Ciara Jones is Group Marketing Director at AlphaMind, one of the Middle East’s leading lifestyle hospitality groups with an expanding portfolio currently comprising 26 venues and 18 award-winning concepts spanning lifestyle dining, social dining, cafés, beach clubs and nightlife.
Bringing over 20 years of experience across the Middle East, UK, and Europe, Ciara specialises in building and scaling distinct hospitality brands, launching new concepts, and driving commercial growth.
As a member of AlphaMind Group’s executive leadership team, she works closely with both senior management and operations on the group’s expansion plans and portfolio development, while overseeing all brand strategy and marketing activity. With a focus on customer loyalty, data, and technology to drive long-term guest value, she spearheaded the launch of the company's proprietary loyalty app, Mindset by AlphaMind.
