Xn protel Systems opens Dubai office and announces acquisition of the Dubai business of protel hotel

Xn protel Systems Group Limited is very pleased to announce that it has now opened a new office in Dubai and has agreed to acquire the business and assets of protel hotelsoftware GmbH ( “protel”) operation in Dubai ( “protel Dubai ” )
The acquisition is part of a new recently announced strategic collaboration with protel, a leading international property management software vendor.
Xn protel Systems ME FZE ( “ Xn protel ME “ ) , the new Dubai company, will operate from the Techno Hub in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The acquisition of protel Dubai is expected to be completed in the next few months and the enlarged company will form a strong new hotel technology business, serving the GCCI region. Magued Malek, the head of protel Dubai , will join Xn protel ME in the role of regional sales director. The team in Dubai will also be supported by Xn protel's office in India.
Xn protel ME provides hoteliers with a comprehensive range of business solutions, including protel PMS and Xn protel's range of POS & Mobile POS, CRS, mobile guest apps, business intelligence, and leisure management systems.
